Responsibilities:
- Parts check out and prompt customer service to maintenance division for stock items.
- Check merchandise and supply deliveries for accuracy and verify that the quantity received matches bills of lading, purchase orders, and other documents.
- Perform end of day batch reports.
- Organizes inventory and checks stock levels
- Participate in formal periodic inventory audits.
- Decrease store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and reporting suspicious activities to Ride Maintenance Director.
- Communicate with Ride Maintenance Director and Purchasing Department on new order procurement.
- Work closely with KBF warehouse for deliveries and vendor direct supplied items.
- Organize the stockroom, and ensure accurate labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- At least 0-2 years experience.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Ability to speak and understand English at a level sufficient to comprehend basic instructions from supervisory team; conduct basic interactions with other employees; and answer questions.
