What You’ll Do
- Develop strategic client partnerships as a trusted consultant, providing ongoing needs discovery and solutions-based support.
- Acquire new business partner accounts through inbound/outbound sales and marketing (email, phone, networking), optimizing efforts with the use of Salesforce.
- Retain and expand existing accounts through industry-leading customer service.
- Maintain relationships with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and independent adjusting firms.
- Communicate professionally and promptly to meet client objectives.
- Respond to website inquiries as requested by the Vice President of Business Development.
- Support colleagues to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team.
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years’ experience in client relationship management and B2B sales.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Resident of Las Vegas, NV, and able to attend in-person client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion with sensitive company information.
- Self-motivated, able to work remotely, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines independently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000
- Commission: Incentive-based compensation tied to company, team, and individual performance.
- Profit Sharing Bonus, annual
- Job Type: Full Time
- Work Setting: Remote (home office) with in-person client meetings in Las Vegas up to 50% of the time.
