Role Description The VoIP Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Rehoboth Beach, DE. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, presenting VoIP and unified communications solutions to prospective clients, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract closure. Daily activities include conducting discovery calls, preparing proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and following up with leads generated through marketing and referrals. The VoIP Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM, collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and build long-term relationships with customers to drive renewals and upsells. The role also involves staying current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Knot Networks’ full portfolio to effectively position solutions and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and account management skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of VoIP, unified communications, and basic networking concepts, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to conduct product demos and deliver concise proposals.
- Customer relationship-building abilities, with a focus on consultative selling and long-term client partnerships.
