About The Position
The Director of Supplier Relations is a key member of our Inventory & Catalog team and is responsible for managing relationships with the furniture and home furnishing suppliers whose products make up our extensive product catalog.
This is a hands-on position focused on supplier communication, inventory management, product data, and the continued growth and improvement of our catalog. The catalog serves many of our retail clients and is an important part of the websites and eCommerce experiences we manage for them.
You will work directly with suppliers and our internal teams to establish and maintain product feeds, obtain product information and assets, manage inventory updates, and ensure products are accurately represented across our clients’ websites.

You will work directly with suppliers and our internal teams to establish and maintain product feeds, obtain product information and assets, manage inventory updates, and ensure products are accurately represented across our clients’ websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with furniture and home furnishing suppliers.
- Communicate with suppliers by phone and email to obtain product information, images, pricing, inventory, and other necessary assets.
- Set up and maintain supplier product feeds and integrations.
- Manage product additions, updates, changes, and discontinuations within our catalog.
- Maintain accurate product information including titles, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, attributes, pricing, and availability.
- Monitor supplier feeds and identify missing, inaccurate, or outdated information.
- Work closely with the Inventory & Catalog team to resolve product and inventory issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate products and inventory are displayed on client websites.
- Research suppliers, products, and product information when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to improve our catalog structure, product data, and supplier processes.
- Maintain organized documentation and records related to suppliers and product information.
- Take ownership of assigned suppliers and ensure their catalogs remain accurate and up to date.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable working with web browsers, online research, and web-based systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience in furniture, home furnishings, eCommerce, inventory, catalog management, or supplier relations is a plus.
