Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead
Duties
- Lead and supervise construction crews in diverse projects including framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, drywall installation, and restoration work.
- Perform hands-on work using hand tools, power tools.
- Oversee site safety protocols, heavy lifting procedures, and proper use of equipment to maintain a secure work environment.
- Manage project timelines by coordinating material procurement.
- Conduct quality control inspections on completed work such as drywall finishing, plastering, caulking, and electrical or plumbing installations
Skills
- Experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of cost analysis and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry and framing.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, saws), power tools (drills, saws)
- Knowledge of blueprint reading is a plus.
Pay: $28.36 - $34.15 per hour
Work Location: In person
