We’re now expanding that leadership with High Performance Career Development, a new brand designed to help professionals build the skills and habits that drive exceptional performance throughout their careers.
We’re seeking a Content Lead who can craft and scale the stories that will power this next chapter. This role blends hands-on content creation with growing strategic responsibility. You’ll produce social-first content, capture and edit video, and translate ideas into compelling narratives. Your work will shape our voice, elevate our presence, and fuel our growth across Knopman Marks and the launch of the new High Performance Career Development brand.
What You’ll Do:
Support Content Strategy and Execute It
- Play a central role in launching the HPCD brand, helping define its content vision and go-to-market storytelling approach
- Help define content strategy, narrative frameworks, and messaging pillars for both brands
- Help build and maintain a content roadmap aligned to brand goals and ongoing campaigns
- Translate high-level strategy into execution by directly creating content and guiding creative development
Create Social-First Content
- Capture and edit high-quality short-form video for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Develop channel-native concepts, scripts, captions, and creative ideas
- Turn raw footage, insights, and conversations into polished, engaging content
Write in a Distinct Leadership Voice
· Serve as the primary ghostwriter for the CEO across social posts, scripts, thought leadership, and long-form content
· Capture her tone and perspective accurately and apply it across channels
· Refine a scalable thought-leadership narrative for both brands
Execute a Cross-Brand Content Engine (Including a New Brand Launch)
- Manage the day-to-day content calendar for both Knopman Marks and HPCD brand
- Lead the content rollout for HPCD from pre-launch storytelling to post-launch momentum
- Repurpose existing content into fresh formats (carousels, infographics, clips, newsletters)
- Support the creation of cornerstone assets like playbooks, blogs and case studies
Optimize and Innovate
- Track content performance and adjust based on insights
- Stay ahead of trends in social, video, and digital storytelling
- Experiment with new formats and tools including AI to elevate output
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, positioning, and KPIs
What You Need To Succeed:
· 5 years of experience in content marketing, digital storytelling, or social-first content roles
· Excited about helping build, launch, and shape a category-defining brand through content while supporting a market leader
· Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable, high-quality content
· Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
· A hands-on creator who’s strong at capturing and editing video
· Experience in B2B content marketing; experience in finance is a plus
· Ability to collaborate with internal partners and freelancers to scale output
