Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dietary Manager located in Caseyville, IL. The Dietary Manager will oversee daily food service operations, ensuring quality meal preparation and compliance with dietary requirements for residents. Responsibilities include planning and managing menus that meet nutritional standards, supervising food preparation and service staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, and adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations. The Dietary Manager will collaborate with healthcare professionals to address the dietary needs of residents while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge and experience in Dietetics and Nutrition.
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food Service management.
- Understanding of Food & Beverage standards and regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage resources effectively and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Experience in a healthcare or residential facility is a plus.
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or other relevant certification preferred.
