Knollwood Healthcare, one of Mobile’s premier skilled nursing facilities, is growing and looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the 2:00pm - 10pm Evening Shift and the 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM full-time night shift.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
- Supervise and support CNAs on the unit
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Ensure residents receive quality, compassionate care throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the state of Alabama
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Reliable and team-oriented
