Knollwood Healthcare is seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Staff to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the nutritional needs of our residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and tray setup according to dietary guidelines
- Serve meals to residents in a courteous and respectful manner
- Ensure proper portion control and food presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen clean-up as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dietary or food service experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
- Must be able to follow state and facility regulations
