Job Summary:

Knollwood Country Club is a welcoming, family-oriented members-only club that prides itself on warm hospitality, personalized service, and creating memorable experiences for all ages. We are currently seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server who can deliver high-quality service in a relaxed yet refined environment. The ideal candidate will bring positive energy, a service-first attitude, and the ability to connect with both adult members and their families.

Day-to-Day:

• Provide attentive, welcoming service to members and their guests in dining areas, lounges, patios, and family spaces.

• Build positive, ongoing relationships with members—learn their preferences, anticipate their needs, and provide a consistent and thoughtful experience.

• Maintain a high standard of service while creating a comfortable and approachable atmosphere for both adults and children.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and polished delivery.

• Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and allergy-sensitive offerings.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and flow of service.

• Maintain clean, well-organized service areas and uphold all sanitation and health standards.

• Respect the privacy and preferences of members at all times.

• Address any member concerns or requests with professionalism and care.

• Assist with family events, holiday brunches, or themed dinners as needed, contributing to a fun and organized experience.
