ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REASONABLE ACCOMODATIONS
All duties listed under Essential Duties and Responsibilities are essential functions of this position unless expressly designated as marginal. Knollwood determines essential functions based on the reason the position exists, the number of employees available to perform the work, and the degree of specialization required. Knollwood engages in an interactive process and provides reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable performance of these essential functions, unless doing so would impose an undue hardship. An employee or applicant may request accommodation at any time by contacting the Office of People Operations. Assignment of an incidental or marginal task does not convert that task into an essential function, and the inclusion of a duty in this document does not waive Knollwood's obligation to consider accommodation.
