Qualifications
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage case files, prepare trial materials, and represent clients effectively in court
- Knowledge of legal practices related to personal injury, family law, real estate, or business law (experience in other relevant practice areas is a plus)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and courtroom presentations
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar membership in North Dakota (or the ability to obtain one prior to start date)
