Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and energetic instructor to lead group fitness classes centered around Boxing and Kickboxing. The ideal candidate is passionate about Boxing or Kickboxing, enjoys working with people, and can deliver fun, challenging workouts in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead cardio-focused Boxing/Kickboxing classes with energy and enthusiasm
- Provide clear instruction on boxing techniques, combos, and conditioning drills
- Create a motivating and inclusive atmosphere for members of all fitness levels
- Assist with personal training sessions when needed
- Build relationships with members to encourage consistency and results
- Track member attendance and progress as directed
- Maintain a clean, safe training area
Qualifications
- Prior experience teaching Boxing, Kickboxing, or personal training required
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Must be personable and enjoy engaging with members
