We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential, renovations, and repairs. The Carpenter will be responsible for fabricating and installing structures and fixtures, ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets industry standards.
Duties
- Fabricate and install cabinets, fixtures, and other wooden structures according to specifications.
- Perform caulking and plastering tasks to ensure a clean finish on projects.
- Interpret and work from schematics and blueprints to execute project plans accurately.
- Engage in concrete forming for foundations, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- Install roofing systems as required for various projects.
- Provide maintenance person services as needed, addressing minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in cabinet installation, fixture installation, caulking, fencing, decking, and drywall.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods while adhering to safety standards.

- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
