Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Arborist position located in Franklin, TN. As an Arborist, you will be responsible for evaluating tree health, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions to promote the safety and longevity of trees. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, producing tree work estimates, driving to and from appointments across middle TN, interacting with crews to make sure they understand work orders, marking trees, understanding tree pruning, tree cuts, tree ID, heavy equipment removals, tight access removals, planting, and providing expert advice on tree care and maintenance. You will also ensure compliance with safety protocols and work closely with a team of skilled professionals to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and expertise in Forestry and Arboriculture
- Proficiency in Tree Identification and understanding of tree biology
- Certified Arborist credentials or relevant certification ( proffered, not required )
- Experience working directly with trees, including pruning, removal, and maintenance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work safely and adhere to industry safety standards
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- PHC experience preferred ( not required )
- Reliable Transportation
- Clean driving record
