**Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Michigan Certified Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial accounts. This position is for professionals who take pride in their work and want to increase earnings through commission on additional services.
This is a long-term opportunity with steady work, quality routes, and no high-pressure sales.
**Pay & Commission:
- $20–$30/hour depending on experience and performance
- Commission paid on approved add-on services sold in the field
- No quotas or pushy sales tactics — honest recommendations only

***Responsibilities:

- Perform scheduled pest control services
- Inspect properties and identify pest activity and conditions
- Apply pesticides in compliance with MDARD regulations and label requirements
- Communicate findings, treatments, and prevention recommendations to customers
- Recommend and upsell additional services when appropriate
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain service vehicle, equipment, and materials
**Experience:
- Active Michigan Certified Applicator License (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, on ladders, and outdoors
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
