Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Desktop Support Specialist located in Orlando Alafaya, Florida USA The position involves providing technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting issues, maintaining and repairing desktop computers and printers, and assisting with overall desk support tasks. The specialist will work closely with team members to address hardware and software issues in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Desktop Computers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Experience in Technical Support and Desk Top Support for end-user environments.
- Strong skills in Printer Support and the ability to maintain printers and related peripherals.
- Demonstrated ability in Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to engage with team members and users.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , ITIL) are favorable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
