Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Develop financial and operational reporting.
- Analyze budget-to-actual results and financial trends.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and performance issues.
- Provide financial recommendations to leadership.
- Monitor financial activity and reporting requirements.
- Support external audits and prepare audit schedules.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Planning
- Support annual budgeting with senior finance leadership.
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and long-range projections.
- Develop financial models and supporting analyses.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis.
- Support strategic planning and financial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong general accounting and financial reporting background.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
