• Provide expertise in development and filing of financial disclosure required by the Securities and Exchange Commission for the company and its subsidiaries
• Key contributor and liaison with the Legal Dept., Sr. Management and independent auditors in determining appropriate disclosure
• Research and interpret accounting and financial disclosure regulations to determine appropriate financial disclosure to ensure the company’s compliance with SEC regulations
• Discuss and coordinate information requested from business representatives pertaining to the state of the company’s subsidiary businesses to determine necessary inclusion in SEC disclosure
• Prepare and review financial statements, notes to financials and management’s discussion and analysis
• Review other company documents, presentations and external communications to maintain consistency with SEC filings.
