What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Analyst position at KNM Resources?
• Ensure all client trades are booked properly in the company’s system assisting with fail resolution where necessary
• Preparation of daily position and cash reconciliations between fund books and Prime Broker(s) identifying breaks and working with client on full resolution
• Booking various trade related cash entries in accounting system
• Set up of OTC instruments verifying key economic details versus electronic and long form confirmations
• Processing Corporate Actions for securities held in client portfolio, including cash and stock dividends, stock splits, mergers and acquisitions
• Tracking missing OTC confirmations and reporting unverified positions to clients on a weekly or monthly basis
• Working internally with P&L, Risk and Fund Accounting departments to resolve any NAV impacting issues
