Contract or temp to perm opportunity! Our client has engaged us to hire a Manager, Talent Acquisition. The successful candidate will manage and execute the full cycle recruitment process, collaborating with HR Business Partners and hiring managers across the organization in order to meet business objectives. 3-5 years full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment. Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to develop and lead sourcing strategies.
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
• Manage external partnerships with Human Resource vendors, colleges and universities, and job boards.
• Review monthly recruitment budget.
• Engage in contingency and temporary assignment searches and maintain contractor agency fee agreements; ensure timely payment of all related expenses.
• Maintain a network of vendors to support and enhance talent acquisition.
• Effectively manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party providers.
• Oversee all stages of candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Manage, train, and evaluate a team of recruiters.
• Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness to build talent pipelines.
• Measure and report on key recruitment metrics.
• Execute, or contribute to, assigned projects, activities and initiatives.
