• Responsible for the business analysis and planning of all income statement, balance sheet and cash flow components for a highly visible and profitable business unit
• Analyze and forecast income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
• Perform monthly revenue and operating income variance analysis of business performance
• Develop annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, financial outlooks and earnings release packages
• Provide analytical support to senior management on key business initiatives to ensure effective financial decisions are being made to support business growth
• Create and present monthly financial reviews to senior management
• Drive improvement of the finance team to allow more in-depth analytical capability
• Drive accountability within segment forecasts
• Develop relationships with key functional leaders
• Manage a team of 4
