Ideal professional will possess 10 years of Big 4 experience or 15 years of Big 4 and Corporate Accounting experience with a subject matter expertise in select ASCs. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day accounting and reporting, including leases and fixed assets
- Ensure timely and accurate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities, providing roll-forwards and schedules for reporting and disclosures
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors on complex, non-routine accounting transactions
- Provide operational data, analysis, etc. to support position papers and conclusions
- Provide accounting oversight for construction and infrastructure programs
- Partner across teams to ensure accurate asset tracking, cost capture, and capitalization support
- Manage lease accounting operations and oversee lease accounting systems and integrations with the GL
- Provide support for new lease arrangements, modifications, and renewals
- Oversee accounting for operations, including billing for 3rd party services
- Support due diligence with accounting information
- Execute approved purchase accounting adjustments
- Lead integration into existing systems, processes, and internal controls
- Serve as key liaison for internal and external audit needs
- Maintain control documentation, support walkthroughs and testing, and drive timely remediation
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members
- Drive standardization, automation, and system enhancements in partnership with IT
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; Master’s a plus
- CPA required
- 10 years Big 4 or 15 years of Big 4 and Corporate Accounting experience
- Experience in publicly traded companies
- Strong U.S. GAAP
- ASC 360, ASC 350, ASC 842, ASC 410
- SOX compliance
Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
