Job Description: Operational Readiness Scheduler
KNL Supply Group is hiring an Operational Readiness Scheduler to join our team on-site with our client. This essential role focuses on ensuring the successful launch and operational preparedness of a new, advanced manufacturing facility. Collaborating closely with Operational Readiness Project Managers and the project team, the Operational Readiness Scheduler is responsible for accurately reflecting the status and progress of readiness activities in the project schedule. Additionally, this position involves delivering regular updates and analyses concerning schedule performance, potential risks, and issues. The ideal candidate will possess robust scheduling expertise, a keen eye for detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
o Create and maintain the operational readiness schedule using Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera P6.
o Coordinate with the project team and stakeholders to collect and update the schedule information and data.
o Perform schedule analysis and identify critical path, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
o Provide schedule reports and dashboards to the Operational Readiness Project Manager and other project stakeholders.
o Monitor and track schedule performance, variances, risks, and issues.
o Recommend and implement schedule improvement actions and best practices.
Basic Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or other relevant discipline.
o Minimum two to three years of experience in project scheduling and two to three years of experience working in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
o Experience working in a GMP environment preferred.
o Experience Oracle Primavera P6 project scheduling software.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Experience with operational readiness requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience
Work Location: Hybrid, requires some travel between Indianapolis, IN and Lebanon, IN locations
