Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and motivate store teams to achieve optimal business results
• Drive sales growth by achieving Store Goals for the Year/Month/Week/Day/Segment
• Sustain a team selling environment that delivers a fashion-focused Lane Bryant experience for our customers
• Support selling, incentive, and product knowledge strategies
• Collaborate with leadership team (Store Manager, ASM, SL) on Roles Leader functions

Execution:

• Hold keys to the store and open/close on lower volume days
• Assist Leadership Team in executing merchandise and marketing promotions
• Support store teams in maintaining brand standards
• Efficiently complete operational and shipment tasks
• Enforce loss prevention and safety policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and sell directly to customers

Talent Development:

• Coach Associates to create an enjoyable shopping experience
• Assist Leadership Team in onboarding new hires and training existing Associates

Requirements:

• Proven ability to deliver sales results
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 1-3 years of specialty retail experience
• Prior sales leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
• Able to operate a computerized register system
• Must respond to store alarm problems and meet banking requirements
• Able to climb an 8-foot ladder
