Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and motivate store teams to achieve optimal business results
- Drive sales growth by achieving Store Goals for the Year/Month/Week/Day/Segment
- Sustain a team selling environment that delivers a fashion-focused Lane Bryant experience for our customers
- Support selling, incentive, and product knowledge strategies
- Collaborate with leadership team (Store Manager, ASM, SL) on Roles Leader functions
Execution:
- Hold keys to the store and open/close on lower volume days
- Assist Leadership Team in executing merchandise and marketing promotions
- Support store teams in maintaining brand standards
- Efficiently complete operational and shipment tasks
- Enforce loss prevention and safety policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and sell directly to customers
Talent Development:
- Coach Associates to create an enjoyable shopping experience
- Assist Leadership Team in onboarding new hires and training existing Associates
Requirements:
- Proven ability to deliver sales results
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- 1-3 years of specialty retail experience
- Prior sales leadership experience preferred
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Able to operate a computerized register system
- Must respond to store alarm problems and meet banking requirements
- Able to climb an 8-foot ladder
