Our portfolio includes Lantern Moon (luxury handcrafted tools), Symfonie Yarns (high-quality premium hand dyed yarns) and The Oxford Company (Specialised rug hooking tools).
We are currently looking to hire a sales Manager – Retail Business (USA Market) to expand and strengthen our retail distribution across the United States
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors, driving business opportunities in the assigned region
- Drive sales growth and market penetration in specialty retail and independent stores.
- Ensure strong in-store execution, merchandising and brand visibility.
- Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers and key retail accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and retail channels
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and achieve assigned targets.
- Approaching chain stores for onboarding KnitPro / private label products
- Participation in local craft / fiber shows
Key Requirements:
- Experience in the haberdashery industry preferred
- Strong experience in US retail market- B2B sales.
- Strong network within retail/distribution channels (lifestyle, handicraft, yarn or related industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with a strong ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the USA at least 15-20 days.
