What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist office visitors warmly and professionally
- Navigate multi-line phone systems to manage call traffic smoothly
- Use digital tools to schedule clients and coordinate appointments
- Handle electronic deposits accurately and efficiently
- Print, scan, and manage documents across multiple digital platforms
- Maintain tidy and organized public areas
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional office setting (law firm experience a plus)
- Mastery of basic computer functions and high comfort level with multitasking across different applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 365 tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Precision, patience, and the ability to prioritize under pressure
