Role Description
This is a full-time or part time hybrid role for a Real Estate Specialist, based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work from home. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting busy teams with clients in buying, selling properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property market analysis, creating and executing sales strategies, engaging with clients to understand their needs, assisting in managing real estate transactions, and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients to ensure a seamless experience throughout the real estate process.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Real Estate principles, processes, and practices
- abilty to learn new skills in Real Estate Development and Real Property evaluation
- Interest in Sales and Customer Service within the industry
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
- Open to communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Relevant real estate licenses as required by the state of Oregon or Washington
- Familiarity with the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area housing market is a plus
- AI technology-savvy open to learn using real estate tools and platforms
