Role Context
KSG is seeking applicants with a strong background in political, security, and economic risk analysis focused on Europe. This position will involve leading analyses for Knightsbridge's diverse client base, with a particular emphasis on regional geopolitical impacts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working within the European region, a deep understanding of the political, commercial, economic, and security issues affecting Europe, and the flexibility to deploy to European countries as required.
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of political, economic, and security issues in Europe, with expertise in regional conflicts and security dynamics.
Proficiency in a European language is preferred (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian).
Experience in government as an analyst, wargamer, diplomat, intelligence officer, or strategist is highly desirable.
Excellent English language skills, with the ability to write and present in a clear and concise manner.
Willingness and ability to deploy to European countries for in-country analysis and operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing real-time intelligence updates and analysis for Knightsbridge’s platforms.
Delivering analytical intelligence and wargames for a range of public and private sector clients.
Conducting political and economic risk consultancy and producing reports for clients (government, finance, energy, mining, insurance).
Leading verbal briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
