Position:  

The Vehicle Detailer is responsible for providing high-quality automotive interior and exterior cleaning services in accordance with Paws Up standards. This role ensures all vehicles are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional condition to support daily operations and guest satisfaction.

The Primary Functions are: 

· Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, ensuring compliance with all resort standards and requirements.

· Operate detailing equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

· Perform inspections and maintain complete, accurate records of each vehicle’s condition.

· Safely move, park, and reposition vehicles as needed to support operational flow.

· Provide luggage assistance to guests when necessary, ensuring a positive and professional guest experience.

· Conduct assigned errands and assist with the delivery of guest amenities throughout the resort as needed.

· Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.

· Maintain guest confidentiality before, during, and after their stay.

· Stay up to date on resort information, procedures, and service standards.

· Follow and complete daily departmental checklists.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail at all times.

· Support Guest Services team functions, as directed by management.

· Always demonstrate professionalism and hospitality to guests and team members.

· Handle guest transactions legally, ethically, and confidentially.

· Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.

· Always maintain a clean and neat appearance.

· Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.

Looking for Team Members with:

· High school diploma or GED

· Knowledge of world class hospitality and service management preferred

· Current driver’s license with two years driving experience

· Required education, experience, certification, licensure, etc.

· Ability to operate various sized multi-passenger vehicles
