Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, ensuring all details are correct
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved swiftly
- Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to close daily operations
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of guest relations, hotel operations, and resort services enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities and perform administrative tasks efficiently
