Duties

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned business areas and pass out literature
• Engage in face-to-face conversations with businesses, answering questions and providing information about our services
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude during outdoor work in various weather conditions

Skills

• Proven experience in field sales, canvassing, or community engagement roles a plus but not necessary
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect easily with diverse audiences
• Experience supervising or leading outreach activities is a plus
• Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with non-English speakers are highly valued
• Customer service background that emphasizes respectful and friendly interactions
• Comfortable walking for extended periods while engaging with people door-to-door
• Skilled in negotiation and persuasive conversation to encourage participation or support a plus
