Job Description
The Director, Campaign & Engagement Strategy will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies designed to support the full lifecycle of our distribution partners — from onboarding and education through product adoption, in-force engagement, and long-term retention.
This role is responsible for translating product value propositions into clear, compelling, and field-ready marketing campaigns. Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Distribution, and Operations, the Director will design and implement engagement initiatives that improve onboarding effectiveness, increase product adoption, and deepen partner relationships across our independent marketing relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engagement strategies aligned to key producer lifecycle milestones and long-term retention
- Lead marketing campaigns for new product launches, promotions and other IMO specific campaigns to improve producer awareness, understanding, and product usage
- Oversee digital engagement initiatives across website, email, and social media (LinkedIn) to support onboarding, education, and product adoption
- Partner with Product, Distribution and Marketing to translate product positioning into clear, field-facing campaigns and educational materials
- Design and implement ongoing engagement initiatives to promote adoption of electronic delivery, improving producer and policyholder experience while supporting operational efficiency
- Serve as a marketing liaison to Distribution to support partner engagement, conferences, and field enablement efforts
- Monitor engagement KPIs such as onboarding effectiveness, product adoption, campaign performance, and retention to optimize ongoing strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 10 years of marketing experience in financial services or insurance
- Experience supporting independent distribution channels (agents, advisors, IMOs)
- Proven success with multi-channel campaigns and product launches
- Experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
