Essential Functions
- Maintain full compliance with all safety policies and procedures, environmental regulations, OSHA/MSHA ensuring both personal and team adherence.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture while upholding the company’s core values.
- Always use the proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
- Operate bulldozers and excavators safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Perform tasks such as digging, grading, and building as required by project specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other operators and construction personnel to complete projects on time.
- Familiarity with grader operation and other construction machinery is a plus.
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation with a focus on construction machinery.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years safely operating heavy equipment in an industrial, or construction environments.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to identify and report equipment issues.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced operations and changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence; CDL preferred but not required.
- Ability to sit, climb, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to life up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally lifting heavier loads with assistance.
- Ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift, stretch, push, pull, twist, kneel, stand, walk, sit, and reach.
- Ability to work in uneven terrain, pits, and stockpile areas.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
