Duties
- Operate commercial-grade pressure washers and related equipment safely and effectively to clean building facades, concrete surfaces, and other exterior structures
- Assess each site’s specific cleaning needs and develop an appropriate plan of action
- Prepare surfaces by removing debris or loose materials prior to power washing
- Apply environmentally friendly cleaning solutions when necessary to enhance cleaning results
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards are met and address any areas needing additional attention
- Maintain all equipment through regular inspections, cleaning, and proper storage after use
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
Qualifications
- No experience necessary. Will provide on the job training
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality assurance
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients as needed
- Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to operate company vehicles may be required
- Certifications in OSHA safety standards or related fields are a plus but not mandatory
