Knight Facilities Management is looking for a Financial Analyst / Controller to support a large, national Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) account.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Account Director and operations teams to manage financial performance across a complex, multi-site industrial portfolio. You’ll play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and providing the insights needed to keep operations running efficiently and profitably.

What You’ll Do
- Support financial management of a large IFM account across multiple sites
- Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Track and analyze key cost drivers like labor, overtime, vendors, and materials
- Identify variances and clearly explain what’s driving them
- Partner with operations to improve cost control and productivity
- Prepare monthly financial reports and performance summaries
- Develop dashboards and tools to improve visibility into key metrics
- Review billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition for accuracy
- Track change orders, vendor spend, and pass-through costs
- Support financial planning, reforecasting, and cost savings initiatives

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar roles
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both finance and operations teams
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data and systems
- Experience supporting multi-site or operational environments is preferred
- Background in facilities management, construction, or industrial settings is a plus
