Who You Are — Qualifications & Qualities
- Michigan credentials as a dental assistant (radiography certification, and CPR/BLS)
- Strong clinical skills (2 years experience) with excellent communication and patient-education skills
- Ability to work with both left- and right-handed doctors
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Excellent computer skills - Dentrix software a plus!
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
- Experience in a fee-for-service or high-quality general/cosmetic practice
- A restorative-minded approach to hygiene
This is a full-time position: Mondays/Thursdays 8:30am-6:00pm, Tuesdays/Wednesdays 7:30am-5:00pm with a dedicated lunch break. We have huddles and team meetings, as we believe communication is a cornerstone to our success.
