We are a fast growing, patient-focused multi-doctor dental practice looking for a motivated and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team! We are seeking someone who is professional, dependable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced dental environment while providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Answering and managing multi-line phones professionally
· Scheduling patients efficiently for a busy multi-doctor practice
· Insurance verification and understanding of dental benefits
· Greeting and checking patients in/out with a friendly attitude
· Maintaining professional and positive patient interactions
· Coordinating treatment schedules and assisting with patient flow
· Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
· Working closely with doctors, hygienists, and team members to support daily office operations
Qualifications:
· Previous dental front office/reception experience required
· Knowledge of dental insurance and verification processes
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Experience with dental software preferred
· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
