We are growing and looking for a Dental Care Coordinator to join us who brings energy, compassion, and a desire to serve others—one happy patient at a time!
To be successful as a Dental Care Coordinator, you will:
- Provide excellent patient service, and address any inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Have a 5-star service approach with patients, guests & team members
- Greet and welcome patients and guests to the practice
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer incoming calls from existing and new patients
- Complete Insurance Verification
- Complete various other office tasks as assigned
This is a full-time position: Mondays/Thursdays 8:30am-6:00pm, Tuesdays/Wednesdays 7:30am-5:00pm with a dedicated lunch break. We have huddles and team meetings, as we believe communication is a cornerstone to our success.
Our ideal candidate brings:
- 1 years of proven experience in a dental office (REQUIRED)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills – Dentrix experience preferred (or similar software)
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
