Kniesel’s Collision has a rare opportunity and is seeking an accomplished, results-driven General Manager to lead Kniesel’s Collision – Specialized, one of the most technologically advanced and high-performing collision repair facilities in Northern California.

• Lead a high-volume, high-performing flagship operation.
• Oversee complex repairs for Audi, Lucid, Mercedes-Benz, Rivian, and Tesla.
• Operate with strong brand equity, modern infrastructure, and executive support.
• Make a direct impact on performance, culture, profitability, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do:
• Own full P&L responsibility and consistently drive KPIs and profitability.
• Develop and manage a results-driven organization that consistently delivers on KPIs, quality, and customer experience.
• Ensure all repairs meet Kniesel’s SOPs, OEM certification standards, and insurance requirements.
• Optimize production flow, cycle time, and customer experience.
• Partner with executive leadership to implement strategies that elevate results and scalability.
• Maintain a professional, safe, and highly organized facility.
Who We’re Looking For:
• A seasoned collision industry leader with 5 years of management experience in the collision industry.
• Proven success running a profitable, high-performing collision center.
• Strong understanding of advanced repair processes, OEM requirements, and insurance relations.
• Purposeful decision-maker who establishes accountability at all levels.

Compensation & Benefits
• $115,000 – $150,000 annually performance bonus
• A paid comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage package for employee and family.
• Additional voluntary plans, i.e. life, LTD, AFLAC,
• 401(k) with company contribution.
• Paid holidays, one week paid sick time, and three weeks paid personal time off.
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $115,000 - $150,000 annually performance bonus
