Overall Job Responsibilities

- Process and verify invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Prepare disbursements including checks, electronic transfers, ACH, and international payments with attention to detail
- Record cash payments to GL
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting by providing accurate documentation
- Perform time and expense verification, coding and reporting
- Collaborate across departments as needed
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable is required with knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in knowledge and use of ERP systems especially SAP, as well as Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
