Kneaders Bakery and Cafe (Riverwoods) is currently hiring a Grill Cook morning shift - 6am -2pm.

Kneaders is looking for a highly motivated grill cook with a desire to learn and grow who can help us build the brand, develop others, and deliver results. Kneaders is growing quickly providing many opportunities for growth for those who excel and develop into an outstanding performer.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all breakfast orders neatly and 100% accurately while displaying a great sense of urgency
- Assist with food preparation neatly, accurately and in a timely manner
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items
- Exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude
- Clean as directed while being certain that all cleaning responsibilities are fulfilled
- Understand and follow proper food, serving food, and clean up procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work fast and accurately while working with a team
- Must be hardworking, self-motivated, dependable, and fun to work with
- Must be able to work with a sense of urgency
- Must be organized and meticulous, with a heart for hospitality and a mind to maintain an atmosphere of positive, anticipatory thinking
- Ability to smile throughout shift and have a great attitude when arriving at work
- Must be an approachable, welcoming, people person who is a team player, and must be teachable
- Unafraid to ask questions and bring up concerns to management team
- Some food/restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
- Must be able to work during holiday season
- Willing to be flexible with work schedule if needed
- Starting pay $12.00 per hour.
