A successful Production Baker will
- Manage the production and baking of pie-shells, pie tops, e-clairs, breads and more. You must be able to meet exacting standards. Enjoy an environment of learning and excellence in daily baking operations. The production baker will bring smiles to the faces of our customers through Kneaders recipes and products.
- This work includes daily physical activity as you work quickly and lift up to 50 lb bags in the kitchen. Successful candidates will thrive on a high-volume production environment where a high sense of urgency goes hand in hand with our culture.
