You will lead engaging classes in your choice of modality, whether it be stretching, fitness, corrective exercise, breath work, yoga, sound healing, etc. If you thrive in a lively environment and love motivating others to achieve their best, this position is perfect for you!

Duties

• Design and deliver group classes that incorporate disciplines such as yoga, breathe work, corrective exercise, stretching, sound healing, etc.
• Educate participants on proper body mechanics, physiology principles, and anatomy to ensure safe and effective exercise execution.
• Tailor programs to accommodate diverse groups.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages community engagement and personal growth among class attendees.
• Monitor participant techniques during classes to prevent injuries and provide modifications as needed.
• Promote the benefits of holistic approaches by integrating physical activity with mindfulness practices when appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven experience in group instruction and modality.
• Certification in relevant areas of teaching, i.e. yoga instructor certification
• Passion for teaching diverse populations with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to adapt classes for diverse groups.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning holistic wellness practices.
