This role will provide entry level help desk and tech support for a Windows based environment.
Due to the safety-sensitive nature of this position, strict adherence to KNAPP’s drug-free workplace policy is required. There will be no exception if recreational or medical use of marijuana is permitted in the location of employment and/or residence or if use of marijuana is only during “off-hours.”

What You Get To Do
This role will provide entry level help desk and tech support for a Windows based environment.
- Responsible for basic computer setup and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
- Some basic knowledge of networking, including Wi-Fi, is plus.
- Set up computers for new hires and other employees and help them with basic tasks such as setting up printers, and software
- Help users with Android and iPhone setup and troubleshooting.
- Occasionally running data cables, such as Cat6.
- Basic Windows administration
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new software, and Hardware
- Overtime, if required by work
- Professional office etiquette is required at all times
- Authorization to work in the U.S
- Physical requirement: Sitting, stooping, bending, visual acuity, finger dexterity, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
