PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT
We are seeking a ICU Patient Care Assistant , sometimes referred to as a ICU Patient Care Partner (PCP ) or a ICU PCA . Our ICU Patient Care Assistant ( ICU PCA ) will work in our hospital’s telemetry unit, providing general patient care while also supporting continuous heart and vital sign monitoring for cardiac patients.
Shifts Available : Days
Employment Type : Full Time
Hours : 12 -hour shifts – 6:45AM to 7 :00pm

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current Phlebotomy certification upon hire, preferred.
- Current EKG certification upon hire, preferred.
- Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current
- Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.
