- Field all parts inquiries from customers via phone, e-mail, and website inquiries
- Interact with customers to determine their part needs
- Identify repair parts required by reviewing bill of materials
- Provide quotes to customers for parts related orders
- Maintain cost and list pricing in KBS, work with Distributor Services on pricing new items
- Work with Shipping Clerk as needed on customer claims
- Follow up with suppliers on past due PO's
- Interact with Solutions Engineering with product related questions
- Work with Knapheide Manufacturing and suppliers to determine part availability
- Act as liaison between end customers and Knapheide Manufacturing for product and warranty support
- Expedite orders when necessar
- Support other Knapheide Truck Equipment Center locations with parts look up and process intercompany trade orders
- Generate sales orders from Knapheide Manufacturing PO's for KVE Fleet product
- Create and send invoices for all KVE orders
- Assist with other clerical tasks as needed

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
