📢 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer
Are you a creative, detail-driven designer with a passion for bold visuals, strong branding, and bringing experiences to life? Knallhart Management Group is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support our portfolio of food & beverage concepts, nightlife venues, and experiential hospitality brands across South Florida and Central Florida.
Our brands thrive on personality, storytelling, and visual impact. This role plays a key part in shaping how guests experience us before they ever walk through the door.
- Design on-brand creative assets across digital and print, including social graphics, menus, signage, flyers, posters, event collateral, and in-venue marketing materials.
- Support major and minor marketing activations, seasonal campaigns, and brand launches.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Managers, and Social Media team to bring campaigns to life visually.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple venues while adapting creative to each concept’s unique identity.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate revisions for production and installations.
- Assist with website visuals, email graphics, and promotional assets as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Design Skills:Â Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).
- Brand Sensibility:Â A sharp eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Organization:Â Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines efficiently.
- Collaboration:Â Comfortable receiving creative direction and contributing ideas within a team environment.
- Adaptability: Thrives in hospitality’s ever-changing, high-energy setting.
- Experience:Â Prior experience in hospitality, nightlife, lifestyle brands, or agency work is a plus.
- Bonus:Â Motion graphics, Canva, basic video editing, or social-first design experience.
