Run a $6M Amazon business as a complete operation, not a set of listings. This company sells technical hardware into enterprise IT buyers, and Amazon has grown with almost no dedicated ownership until now. You'd be the general manager: revenue, inventory, pricing, advertising, content, and Buy Box all report to you.
What you'll do
- Own the Amazon P&L: revenue, units, gross margin, and contribution profit
- Manage Vendor Central and Seller Central operations, including inventory forecasting, purchase orders, and account health
- Direct product content, A pages, and the Brand Store for a technical product line that needs to read clearly to both IT buyers and procurement
- Own pricing and Buy Box strategy while protecting reseller relationships and MAP compliance
- Run Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) against contribution profit, not just top-line revenue
- Help stand up new UK and EU Amazon marketplaces
What you need
- 5-7 years personally managing Amazon for a technology hardware or comparable technical-products company
- Hands-on experience across Vendor Central, Seller Central, 1P and 3P, inventory, content, advertising, and pricing
- P&L ownership, not just channel or advertising management
- Understanding of B2B buying behavior happening on a consumer-style platform
Comp and logistics
- Base $75,000 to $100,000, OTE $150,000 to $200,000
- Remote within the US, 10-20% travel
- Full-time, W2, individual contributor role with no direct reports
