We’re partnering with a fast-growing financial technology company looking to hire an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across its U.S. business.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a hands-on recruiter who can manage searches from initial intake through offer and close, while partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across a range of business and technical functions
- Build and engage passive candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing and market mapping
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership on search strategy, market intelligence and compensation
- Manage multiple priority searches in a fast-moving environment
- Use recruiting technology, data and AI tools to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency
- Maintain strong candidate communication and deliver a high-quality candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Background recruiting within fintech, financial services, technology, investment banking or another fast-paced environment
- Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills
- Experience partnering with senior-level hiring managers and executives
- Comfortable working across multiple functions and changing priorities
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS/recruiting tools
- Strong knowledge of the NYC talent market
Work Model: Hybrid, with a strong in-office presence
This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys being hands-on, building pipelines from scratch and working closely with senior business leaders.
Salary : $160,000 - $210,000
